ABOUT US
Janrie Lusse completed her LLB degree at the University of Pretoria in 2007. She completed Law School whilst serving her articles at a well-known law firm in Pretoria and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2008.

She has been practicing in the field of Personal Injuries and Road Accident Fund Claims since 2008 and gained excessive knowledge litigating in both the High Court and Magistrate Court.
​
Janrie founded Lusse Attorneys in 2019 where she will mainly focus on the Cost Department acting as Attorney with right of appearance and Legal Cost Consultant.
​
Our aim is to combine years of sound litigation experience with focused personal attention to each matter individually. We strive to optimise fees and successfully argue same to achieve the most viable results for our clients.

We want to grow with our clients and add value to their legal practices, freeing them from the time-consuming responsibilities of drafting, taxing and opposing Bills of Cost, and thereby saving them time and money.

Cost Consulting deals with the quantification of lawyers' fees and legal costs.

Appointing an admitted Attorney as your Cost Consultant have great advantages. The Attorney that attends to drafting the bills of cost have experience in the legal field and have knowledge of the law, understanding of how it works in a legal practice, court rules etc. The aforementioned will enable the Attorney to give sufficient background on matters and present the Taxing Master with supportive arguments in an attempt to ensure the best possible outcomes for their clients.

SETTLEMENT / AGREED FEES
Only the drawing fee will be charged in the event of a bill of cost being settled more than two (2) days prior to the date of set down for taxation. Should the bill of cost settle two (2) days or less prior to the date of taxation the normal attendance fees will apply
